Application Functions
Acquisition ManagementWhen a law enforcement recorder is connected to the data acquisition workstation, the workstation can obtain the device number and user number of the recorder. It checks whether the device number and user number are associated. If not, registration can be completed through administrator password verification and association configuration.
It can display the device information of each connected law enforcement recorder (including but not limited to the device number, user number, battery level, and data acquisition progress of the recorder) as well as the network status, IP address, total storage capacity, remaining capacity, and acquisition interface number of the workstation. For unconnected interfaces, it should display that the current interface is idle.
The physical acquisition interfaces correspond one - to - one with the display positions on the acquisition software interface.
It can automatically calibrate the time of the connected law enforcement recorder. The time should be accurate to "year, month, day, hour, minute, second" (needs to be compatible with the terminal).
It can automatically acquire data such as videos, audios, photos, location files, and logs from registered law enforcement recorders. The acquired data should be consistent with the original data stored in the recorders and should be viewable.
It has a data priority acquisition interface, and the position of the priority port can be customized. When a law enforcement recorder is connected to this interface, data acquisition from other interfaces will be automatically paused, and the data from this interface will be acquired first. After the acquisition of data from the priority interface is completed, data acquisition from other interfaces will resume automatically.
Data ProcessingThe acquired data files are in their original, uncompressed quality, and the acquired videos, audios, photos, and location data can be viewed.
The data acquisition workstation can query the acquired video, audio, photo, and log data based on one or more conditions such as the device number and user number of the law enforcement recorder, time, file type, and key - marked files of the recorder.
It can automatically or manually upload data such as videos, audios, photos, location files, logs, or indexes to a specified server, and the automatic upload time can be set.
It can play back videos and audios, and view photos and logs. It has the following functions:
a) Video and audio playback functions such as play/pause, switch to the previous/next file, volume adjustment, slow playback, fast playback, loop playback, continuous playback, and full - screen playback.
b) Audio playback functions such as play/pause, switch to the previous/next file, and volume adjustment.
c) Photo browsing functions such as switch to the previous/next file, zoom in/out, and full - screen display.
d) Log browsing function of switching to the previous/next file.
During data browsing, it can mark files manually determined as "key files" and distinguish them from the key - marked files of the law enforcement recorder. It can remove the marks from marked files and add text notes.
It can edit the user information (including but not limited to the user's name, user number, unit name, and unit number) of the users of the law enforcement recorders connected to the data acquisition workstation.
It automatically verifies the acquisition completion status and automatically clears the internal data of law enforcement recorders that have completed uploading.
It supports trajectory playback and can play the corresponding trajectory information while playing the video (customizable).
Storage ManagementIt supports classifying and saving data based on one or more conditions such as the device number and user number of the law enforcement recorder, time, and file type.
It can set the storage period and automatically delete data that exceeds the storage period. Key - marked files should not be automatically deleted.
It can set the database backup period and automatically back up the database at regular intervals.
It supports location data trajectory playback and can play the corresponding location information while playing the video (customizable).
Task ManagementUsers can create different task types according to different usage scenarios.
Users can select a task type to create a task, and a task number will be automatically generated. The task number will be displayed in the form of a QR code.
After the law enforcement recorder scans the task QR code and associates the task number with the recorded data, the law enforcement data acquisition device will automatically associate the data with the task during the data acquisition process.
Data IntegrityDuring the data acquisition process, data integrity is ensured. The following requirements apply:
a) During data acquisition, the data acquisition workstation can select any connected law enforcement recorder to cancel its data import, and the data stored in the recorder and the workstation should not be lost.
b) It supports breakpoint - resume during acquisition: In case of power failure, restart, crash of the data acquisition workstation or unexpected disconnection of the law enforcement recorder, the data and configuration information stored in the recorder and the workstation should not be lost, and data acquisition should automatically resume after the next normal startup and connection.
Data InterfaceIt can interface with other public security business systems. The data interface meets the requirements of 5.3 in GA/T947.4 - 2015.
User PrivilegesThrough the management software, user addition, authorization, information editing, deletion, and search management operations can be performed. Users are classified and their privileges are authenticated. Users at different levels should have different management privileges.
Data StatisticsIt can count the stored video, audio, photo, and log data based on one or more conditions such as the product model and serial number code of the law enforcement data acquisition device, user's name, police number, unit name, unit number, time, file type, and file marks, and automatically generate reports or relevant charts.
Work AssessmentIt supports setting assessment thresholds, performing statistical analysis and assessment by person and unit, and automatically generating reports or relevant charts.
Log ManagementIt automatically records the operating status and all operations of the data acquisition workstation. The log content includes but is not limited to power on/off, user login and operations, connection/disconnection of law enforcement recorders, and data acquisition from law enforcement recorders.
